Catherine is the Managing Partner and Principal Solicitor at CSJ Legal.

She spent three years as a Consultant Solicitor at specialist employment practices in the South West region. During this time she has had sole-conduct of a high volume of cases, predominantly for employees, including some high-profile and multi-week Tribunal claims against public sector bodies. She has also successfully defended a number of litigated claims for an SME client.

Prior to that she worked at Associate level at a Top 60 firm in the Senior Executive team and as part of a small, dedicated team of litigators for a large international employer, as well as on retainer for a range of SMEs.

She provides clear and strategic advice to both individuals and business clients, covering the whole range of employment issues from early stages of dispute resolution right through to Tribunal proceedings. She has experience of proceedings at the Employment Appeals Tribunal and Court of Appeal.
