She spent a number of years at London legal advice centre Protect advising a large volume of individual employees and businesses on complex whistleblowing cases and supporting organisations to implement effective whistleblowing arrangements.

Right to Cease to Act

 

CSJ Legal reserves the right to cease to act in any ongoing matter at its sole discretion. This decision will only be taken in certain limited circumstances and shall always be balanced against our duties under the SRA’s Code of Conduct and our duty to act in our client’s best interests. Where we no longer believe that we can fulfill the duty to act in your best interests, it may be necessary to cease to act. The decision may be based on various factors, including but not limited to conflicts of interest (including conflicts between the firm’s interests and the client’s interests), material misconduct, failure to cooperate, fundamental disagreements in strategy, or resource availability.  Our decision to cease to act for you will be communicated clearly and promptly.
